Well, it seems that Spring has sprung a little early for us in the business of Real Estate according to a USAToday report. While that is good news, my question is what will the Spring and Summer months of 2010 hold for the industry in our area? If buyers are feeling the pressure now to go to contract by April 30 and close by the end of June, will that in turn mean a very slow "busy" season for us? What are your thoughts?
